Water isn’t good enough

Nothing I hate more than the afternoon slumps. No energy. Brain fog. Sugar cravings.

You’ve been there, right?

It might be because you're not adequately hydrating. Forget the old advice of drinking eight glasses daily; focus on replenishing your electrolytes.

But PLEASE don't turn to sugary sports drinks because they can dehydrate you even more.

Try adding pink Himalayan sea salt to your water or find an electrolyte mix like DryWater. It not only replenishes electrolytes but also contains minerals and vitamins, without any sugar or artificial sweeteners.

But what about the taste? Kind of important…

If you've ever found electrolyte packets to be overly salty and lacking flavor, you're not alone. Personally, I prefer DryWater because it's delicious and goes down smoothly.

Want to figure out your favorite flavor? Give their sample pack a try. Trust me, it's worth it.

P.s. it’s kid approved, my son loves the mixed berry. Mine’s the peach mango so house divided!

Q: Ever since I got pregnant four years ago, I haven't really worked on my abs at all. My core has gotten so weak that I can't even do crunches. It used to be so easy for me before I got pregnant.

A: Don’t beat yourself up. Struggling to do them is your body telling you to stop and bring it back to the basics. Focus on breath work and stability ab work (talked about it here) until you create that connection again. Unlike, dynamic exercises (crunches, etc.) you can do breath work every day because it’s about creating the connection and not gaining strength.
