Turn Your Vision into Results

Are you ready to turn your vision into results?

There are exactly 90 days until the New Year. Let's make the most of it.

Before you get started, it's important to define your vision. What do you want to accomplish? Think big on this one. I like to take it a step further and write it down. Makes it more real this way.

As you're doing this, you'll end up reflecting on where you are now. This is good, but do it without judgment. Being hard on yourself isn't going to help you reach your goals.

Now that you know where you want to go, make a plan. These are the action steps you need to take to reach your goals. The things you'll do every day. Think of this as the steps on your Google Maps. You need to know them to get to your final destination.

Side note: could you survive without Google Maps? I mean, how did they do it back in the day?

Don't forget to celebrate along the way. Take some time to acknowledge your consistency at the end of the day. And if you're avoiding this part because you weren't consistent, it's a good reminder to just go do the thing!

So remember these 3 steps to reach your goals:

  1. Define your vision

  2. Take Action

  3. Celebrate

Take some time tonight to do this before bed.

Q: At 28, I've struggled with being overweight my whole life. I played sports in high school but when I went to college I had a hard time adjusting and gained more weight. I can't even count how many times I've failed to lose weight and it's left me being calorie obsessive.

A: It's common to be feeling how you are, so know you're not alone. Focusing on small changes is most sustainable. So instead of changing everything at once, focus on one small thing that will make you healthier. The process might seem slower, but the results will be long-lasting. Promise!

Did You Know? Like Really Know…

The oldest female to finish a marathon was 92 years old. Dang, she’s inspiring!

I want to be her so freaking bad (not right now, but in like 60 years).

Tidbits & Recipes:

Grapes offer several health benefits. They are packed with essential nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. They also contribute to digestive health due to their high fiber content.

Why did the grape stop in the middle of the road?

It ran out of juice.

Chicken is often considered a healthy option, but let's be honest, eating it can get stale after a while - just blah. Especially when my husband makes it.

Here’s a quick one-pot recipe if you are looking for something to cook tonight. I’ve been bad at getting my veggies in lately so this will be perfect.
