Pushing the Limits: Increasing Resistance
Are you starting to feel like your workouts are too easy?
If you're breezing through all your reps, it might be time to add some more resistance.
To continue seeing results, progressive overload is a must.
What's progressive overload?
It's where you gradually make your workouts more difficult over time. It helps with muscle growth.
Tips on increasing your resistance
Focus on form: Even with the heavier resistance, you should be able to keep good form.
Start with fewer reps: It should be harder to get to the same amount of reps with harder resistance. -- If not, I'm def questioning your form. ;)
Listen to your body: Think hard, but not painful.
Get close to failure: Think of it this way, if you were to go 4 more reps, would you lose form? That's about where you want to get to.

I would tell you a fitness joke, but it needs more reps.
I burned 2,000 calories today. That's the last time I leave brownies in the oven while I nap.
Why did the gym close down? It just didn't work out.
