Have you heard about Margot Robbie's workout routine on the Barbie set? She did Pilates four days a week while filming and even squeezed in a 30-minute express workout in her Barbie costume. Pretty impressive, right? She's a true example of dedication.

Plus, she not only acted in the movie but also produced - busy girl.

Where Are My Cyclist At?

Add Iowa to your travel bucket list next summer and experience the epic RAGBRAI (Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa), the world's largest and longest recreational ride.

Cruise 500 miles from west to east in just a week. After riding 80 miles daily, cyclists camp out in towns, and some party all night long. The ride will sweat out any hangover, so no need to shower the next morning.

Can’t Win ‘Em All

The U.S. women's national team narrowly avoided elimination from the 2023 World Cup. This 0-0 draw secured their spot in the round of 16 but people are not happy and don't consider this 2023 team a title contender. We will see.

Whatever happens, they still attract more viewers and have accomplished more than the men. So that's pretty cool.

The real gains happen during the recovery phase when your muscles have a chance to repair and grow. So, keep pushing, but remember that the true gains are waiting for you after your sweat session!

  2. Give It a Rest: Recovery is key! Make sure to give your hard-working muscles the downtime they deserve. Aim for a recovery period of 24-48 hours for each muscle group before specifically targeting them again. It's during this time that your muscles get stronger and adapt to the demands you've placed on them. So, go ahead and unwind, nourish your body with the right nutrition, catch some quality zzzs, and let those muscles do their mighty work!
