Sleep Satisfaction: Your Perception is Key

How you feel about your zzz's can have a HUGE impact on your overall well-being the next day.

According to a study from the University of Warwick, perception of how well you sleep improves your mood.

And get this: how you think you slept made an even BIGGER impact than sleep tracker stats.

Even if your wearable tech tells you a different story, seeing your sleep in a positive light can brighten your mood!

Did You Know? Like Really Know…

Have you heard of the Paper Towel Effect?

Let's say you've lost 20lbs but it’s not noticeable - at all.

All that hard work and nothing to show for it. Sucks.

Well, there is a reason for this.

In the beginning, those small changes in your body can be like those first few sheets of paper towel you pull off the roll.

You don't really notice a difference in the beginning as you unroll.

But as you get closer to the end, every single sheet makes a big impact! The same goes for your body.
